Jane’s Grilled Chicken Breasts Strips- I use these in wraps, salads, snacking, or any recipe calling for cooked boneless chicken cubed or chopped.
Precut vegetables- Many grocery stores now have precut veggies for salads, omlettes, grilling, crudites. These make it so easy to easy your daily quota. It is more expensive. But so is having a bunch of whole vegetables rotting in your crisper.
Jars of teriaki sauce, soy sauce, sweet and sour, etc. I don’t know about you but I need taste. YOu do have to watch for sugar, but a TBSP here and there and sticking to healthy eating is much better than heading for a large fries because you need saly to stimulate your taste buds.
