It is so cold here in Eastern Canada, although there are alot of brave souls, hauling my butt out the door in the dark when it is minus 20 or below is not in me. SO…. I have been having a blast with the Wii fit. Just when I think it couldn’t get any funner, I unlock another item.
Tonight I did the hula-hoop, the step, the run, the boxing, before I knew it 45 mintues had past. I then cooled down with some yoga moves.
This Thursday I will post my weight graph from the last 2 weeks. It isn’t all sloping down, but with TOM I am pleased at things so far. Also this weekend..more links!
Menu:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup Fiber One, 1/2 cup milk
Meal 2: yogurt
Meal 3: 1 low carb tortilla with 3 ounces chicken and 1 TBSP. mayo
Meal 4: 2 TBSP soaked and roasted(by me) pumpkin seeds and 1 ounce cheese
Meal 4: 3 turkey sausages, 1 slice coconut flour bread ( sometimes I liek breakfast for supper)
I really sucked getting the veggies in today.
