I am down 2.8 pounds today. The benefit of first week dieting. I enjoy it while it lasts. However, my sinuses are so plugged it is not funny.
I am waiting for my onions to soften for my New York Goodwich, if you have never tried one of these I would definately give it a shot. They are YUMMMYYY. They originate from the Diamonds book “Fit For Life”. Which if you have been dieting forever, may just likely have. Anyway a delicious vegetable sandwich.
Ok, so I said I would start getting some links together for a traditonal model of eating based on Weston Prices work. Obviously one to start is the pages to his foundation. Healthy Peanut Butter Cups:
1 square dark chocolate (30-50 cals.)
1/2 tsp. natural peanut butter
Place both in very small sauce pan. Melt on low and combine. Place mixture on piece of wax paper and place in fridge. MMMMM, a little more bitter than milk chocolate of course but still does the trick!
