Bad Eating Hangover

I lost a little over a pound since yesterday, of course alot of it is water with the low starches and higher protein ratio, but still, down is down baby.

But, I feel like (insert word here). Sugar or trans fats withdrawal? I don’t know. The only positive thing is I kind of knew it was coming. I also know how important it is to not make myself feel better with a quick rush of sugar. I will feel alot better in a day or two.

The most important thing is not to let myself get too hungry. This isn’t about withstanding hunger. It is about choosing good foods. If I eat breaky and am hungry one hour later, like my tummy is growling, I’ll have a few seeds or yogurt or something.

Breaky: 1 organic free-range egg

2 Lillydale ( not organic) turkey sausages (They are good!) I will have to add them to my favorite convenience foods list.

I know I have a few dead links. I will fix it all up throughout this week. I have alot of good links to add.
