I have never been devasted before..I was this week. Grief makes your mind go on one hell of a journey, a scarey journey. I miss my friend and I miss myself, the way I felt before I heard the news. I ahve foudn some great sites on grieving and I will post them tomorrow. Today emailed a letter to myself, what I’d like to say to my friend if I could. And of course hoping somewhere inside, he’ll read them whereever he is at.
Meal 1- 1 toast with peanut butter and blueberries
Meal 2- yogurt with 1/2 ounce walnuts
Meal 3- homemade chicken wrap with lite crean cheese and 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4- 1 string cheese
Meal 5- 4 ounces chicken , baby spinach
Meal 6-1 slice eckecial (however the hell you spell it) bread
Workout- Walk 1 hour …..could have kept going to the next province….
