Easy Chicken Parmigania

Meal 1- 1 ww toast with 1 TBSP peanut butter

Meal 2- 1/2 cup lemon yogurt with 1/2 oz walnuts

Meal 3-4 Jane’s Chicken Strips and 1 cup raw broccoli

Meal 4 handful LEAN KASHI CRUNCH

Meal 5- 3 ounces chicken, 1/2 of a potato

Meal 6- 1 square dark chocolate

Workout- hour walk

Easy Chicken Parmigiana

4 Jane’s breaded chicken strips or other low fat, all white meat, no saturated fat chicken strips

spaghetti or tomato sauce

1 TBSP parseman or low fat mozza

Bake strips, pour sauce over and sprinkle on cheese, put back in oven for couple minutes till heated and cheese is melted..mmmm Serve with salad or steamed veggies.
