Fruit and Yogurt Parfait And Summary

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (lowfat, and low sugar)

2 TBSP. lowfat granola or toasted oatmeal for the purists

1 TBSP wheat germ

A few berries

Mix Granola and wheat germ together, layer each ingredient twice amd enjoyyyyyyyyy

Weekly Summary

Tummy- Minus .5 inches this week.

Days walking-5

Days weight training-2

Days interval training-2

% of meals I ate clean- too few to mention-75

Goal for next week is 90% eating clean, 3 weight and interval days. 6 walking.

Menu-

Meal 1-Yogurt Parfait

Meal 2-slept late n/a

Meal 3-Crustini Lean Pocket

Meal 4- apple and 1/2 ounce almonds

Meal 5- TBA

As I become more acocuntable to this blog and record increasinly more info, it has really become a motivator for me. Somehow, writing in a notebook had no where near the same effect.
