Hey, I am not kidding, you can make it tasty!

Add a tad bit of sugar-free drink mix like Crystal Lite to take some tang away. Then add a serving of fruit like strawberries. HMMMMMM GOOD!

All I am doing today is my ritualisitc one hour walk. Butt is sore from yesterday workout. But in a good way.
