Hello world!

My name is Deborah, this blog will have many aspects including, my goal to become organized, financially improved, and in better shape over the next year. I am NOT going to turn forty over weight.

Here’s what I am finding as far as eating, I can have ALL the taste with much less refined carbs and love it! Today I made a taco minus the tortilla. Yum.

3 ounces ground turkey

green pepper

1/2 TBSP. Taco Seasoning

1/8 cup water

1 TBSP. non-fat sour cream

1 TBSP. Salsa

1TBSP. low fat chedder grated

Fry up your peppers and ground turkey, add taco seasoning, and water, stir and simmer 5 minutes. Pile it on some lettuce and top with sour cream, salsa and cheese. I always munch on broccoli while it’s all cooking to get a full serving of veggies.

I began Turblence Training in June. It is a program involoving intervals, body-weight and dumb-bell training , as well as clean eating. I love it!

I am not going to posy my weight all the time. I tend to get obsessed with the scale, so I have to keep it out of site most times. I will mainly post my waist measuremement as a tracker.
